Challenge
A precast concrete factory needed cranes to handle floor slabs, columns, beams, and wall panels weighing up to 20 tons. The cranes had to cover a large production area and lift long pieces with balance.
Solution
D2 Cranes installed double girder cranes with twin hoists for balanced lifting of long pieces. Extended runway beams covered the entire production area with multiple cranes on the same runway.
